The Process

  • Connect

    Initiate your journey by expressing your interest through our form. Following that, I'll engage in a 30-minute phone consultation to understand your vision for the perfect vacation. Together, we'll determine the service that aligns with your needs. If you decide to proceed, a client agreement and invoice for professional fees will be sent your way.

  • Trip/Itinerary Planning

    After receiving your invoice, I get started on your trip, based on our conversation. If you selected the Premium option, I will send over 3-4 hotel and flight options. If you select the Deluxe or Ultimate option, I get started designing your trip. I create an itinerary, tailored just for you, with recommendations for accommodations and activities that I think you’ll love. Once you review the itinerary, I fine-tune it until it is exactly how you desire. Your input is valued throughout this process, allowing you to be as involved or hands-off as you prefer.

  • Reservations (Deluxe & Ultimate Options)

    Let's make it official! Once the itinerary meets your expectations, I handle all reservations. From flights and accommodations to activities, private tours, restaurant bookings, spa appointments, and more—I've got it covered. I'll also keep you informed about deposit deadlines, visa requirements, and suggest a travel insurance policy. Expect a comprehensive digital itinerary and all necessary confirmations.
